Staatssecretaris Van der Laan wil het omroepstelsel op de schop nemen. In haar plan verdwijnt de NPS, de omroep die Sesamstraat uitzendt. Sesamstraat zelf zal niet verdwijnen. Er zijn garanties dat dit programma, net als Klokhuis, elders kan worden ondergebracht.
De toekomst van andere NPS-programma's, zoals Nova en Buitenhof, is nog onzeker. Volgende week praat de Tweede Kamer met Van der Laan over de plannen.
EyeStream was erbij toen Pino ruim 93.000 handtekeningen ging overhandigen.
